Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Design Drip ("Service"), operated by The Savvy Digital Co LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Service Description

Design Drip provides unlimited design services on a subscription basis. Our service includes:

  • Unlimited design requests based on your subscription tier
  • Fast 24-48 hour turnaround for most requests
  • Professional quality designs across multiple categories
  • Revision requests until you're satisfied
  • Ability to pause or cancel your subscription anytime

Subscription Plans

Essentials ($799/month)

  • One request at a time
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Pause or cancel anytime

Professional ($1,499/month)

  • Two requests at a time
  • Priority support
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Pause or cancel anytime

Enterprise ($2,499/month)

  • Unlimited requests
  • Dedicated designer
  • Priority support
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Pause or cancel anytime

Payment and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial months, but you may cancel anytime
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Pause and Cancellation

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Pause: Temporarily suspend your subscription without losing your workspace or data. Resume anytime.
  • Cancel: End your subscription at the end of the current billing period. You'll retain access until the period ends.
  • No cancellation fees or penalties
  • Workspace data is retained for 90 days after cancellation

Design Requests and Deliverables

Request Guidelines

  • Requests must be submitted through the Design Drip platform
  • Provide clear descriptions, references, and brand guidelines
  • One design concept per request (e.g., one logo, one landing page)
  • Complex projects may be split into multiple requests

Turnaround Time

  • Most requests completed within 24-48 hours
  • Complex requests may take longer
  • Turnaround time starts when request is marked "in progress"
  • Revisions typically completed within 24 hours

Revisions

  • Unlimited revisions on all plans
  • Revisions must be related to the original request scope
  • Significant scope changes may require a new request

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you provide (brand assets, text, images, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely to provide our services.

Delivered Designs

Upon full payment, you own all rights to the final approved designs we create for you. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Stock Assets

Designs may include licensed stock photos, fonts, or graphics. You receive appropriate licenses for commercial use as part of our service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Request designs for illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Abuse or harass our team members
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform
  • Use our service to compete with us

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Abuse our service or team

We will provide notice when possible, but reserve the right to terminate immediately for serious violations.

Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific results or outcomes from designs
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Savvy Digital Co LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
